HYDRAULIC CARGO SECURING POST
A fast and reliable automatic load securing system developed for securing sawn timber. The FIX SM system improves occupational safety and profitability, especially for those driving several loads a day. With the entire cargo-securing process taking only a couple of minutes, the time savings are significant compared to traditional straps and ratchets.
The system consists of a post with a hydraulic motor, a post pocket, a hydraulic valve and a securing strap suspended with a fixed suspension system. The required number of posts is calculated according to the customer´s load securing needs.
The FIX SM post can also function as a wall post in curtainsiders, which provides additional cost, space and weight savings.
When the cargo space is closed, the hydraulic motors tighten the load securing straps to the desired pre-tension and within a couple of minutes the truck is ready for departure.
